Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce will present the fifth edition of the Fall Colours Tour this coming Sunday, September 28.
Originally developed for owners of classic and antique cars, the tour this year invites motorists of all kinds to join in on the wonderful views and fall colours of old Kepple Township.
Attendees are encouraged to show up at noon in four different locations where a Crime Stoppers volunteer will supply a tour map that will guide you on your trek.
• Hepworth – Hepworth-Shallow Lake Legion parking lot
• Owen Sound – Grey County Museum
• Port Elgin – The Plex Parking Lot
• Wiarton – Blue Water Park Pool lot
The tour begins at 1 p.m. sharp.
This is a scramble tour and you are encouraged to travel on your own or in groups. Make many stops along the way. Keep your camera ready; surprise opportunities abound everywhere. The map supplied by volunteers shows several stop points of particular interest and you may wish to linger a little longer to take in the views and points of interest.
Alternatively Crime Stoppers of Grey Bruce welcomes you to park or display your vehicle at the Hepworth-Shallow Lake Legion for the entire afternoon. They will welcome your free-will donations and the opportunity to partake in their 50/50 Draw.
In addition the new Legion facility has a fully licensed restaurant and volunteers that will be happy to serve you.
