At Meaford's Georgian Bay Community School (GBCS), a group of secondary school students is working toward launching the school’s first-ever DECA chapter. Once again, Georgian Bay Community School will be supporting the Canadian Cancer Society by hosting its annual Relay for Life event. Last year, the school did an outstanding job. In 2025, GBCS surpassed its initial goal of raising $15,000, with an incredible achievement of raising over $30,000.
