Beginning in August, the Meaford Public Library and the Municipality of Meaford will host the 3rd annual Views of Meaford Photo Contest.
The contest will run from August 2 to September 23, so gather together your best images of the Municipality and enter this fun photo contest for amateurs and professionals.
There are some new categories for this year’s contest as well as familiar ones. The categories are:
· Scenery
· Local History
· Big Red Chair
· Pets/Wildlife
· Scarecrows
Remember that the images must be local, reflecting the beauty of the Municipality of Meaford in all its splendour. There is no entry fee, and you can enter as many times as you like. There will be a prize awarded in each category as well as a grand prize winner. New this year, the winners will be announced at the Scarecrow Invasion Family Festival on Friday, September 30.
