I read with shock and not a little disgust about the challenges facing the Coyotes as they struggle to train, especially during the winter months.
What kind of people are these who cuss them out because they have no choice but to run on the roadway? It completely baffles my brain. It seems that that there are always new lows to which people are willing to sink.
I was also profoundly disappointed with the less than stellar attitude of our town council. Here is a group of dedicated youngsters working hard to achieve something worthwhile and yet they are facing an indifferent attitude, even from our uncooperative town council. I guess that having a spiffy new library has sex appeal, but there isn’t much mileage to be had from supporting a fairly low profile group of young athletes, no matter how good they are.
Come on folks, let’s be less critical and more supportive.
