Obituary
Shirley Jean (Gardiner) passed away at the Meaford Long Term Care Centre on Monday, June 17, 2019 in her 95th year.
Shirley was the daughter of the late William and Corsina (Parsons) Gardiner.
Beloved wife of the late John ‘Jack’ Ridd.
Proud and loved mom of Bill (Isabelle) Ridd and Nan (Tom) Perks.
Grandmother of Bill (Jane) Ridd, Justin (Karen) Perks, and Shauna Reekie.
Great-grandmother ‘GG’ to six great-grandchildren.
The family is thankful and appreciative of the care and support given to Mom by the attending PSWs and nurses over the years and in her final days.
In keeping with Shirley’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will take place at Lakeview Cemetery, Meaford.
