On February 16, at 2:31 a.m., Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a black sedan in the ditch with its lights on, on Story Book Park Road in the Municipality of Meaford.
Police attended and learned that the vehicle was stolen from the Hamilton Police Service area in December. Hamilton Police were contacted to advise the owner that the vehicle has been located. No suspects were located around the vehicle.
If anyone has any video surveillance of the vehicle or individuals in the area on February 16 in the early morning hours are asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
