The City of Owen Sound has announced that tickets for the 2024 Sports Hall of Fame awards ceremony are now on sale. Tickets cost $50 each and can be purchased in person at City Hall with cash or cheque. The biannual awards ceremony is scheduled for Friday, May 3, at the Harry Lumley Bayshore Community Centre.
Formed in 1981 by the Ramoca Shrine Club and the Knights of Columbus, the Owen Sound Sports Hall of Fame is dedicated to the people involved in local sports, either as participants or as builders.
