Passed away suddenly at Errinrung Retirement Home in Thornbury on Sunday, February 28, 2021. Steve was born in Brampton, the only son of the late Frank and Eleanor (nee Wilson) Early.
Dear brother of Elizabeth Francis-Harris, of Meaford, predeceased by his brothers-in-law Peter Francis and Terry Harris. Loving uncle of Charlie Francis, of Toronto. Dear friend of Kathy and John Kerr, of Meaford.
Fondly remembered by his cousins and many friends. Steve looked forward as a young child to spending summers at the family cottage in Meaford, resulting in his move 30 years ago to a life of ‘Gentleman Farming’ with a variety of ‘critters’ and becoming involved in his rural community. Cremation has taken place and a private family interment of his ashes will take place at Lakeview Cemetery in Meaford.
