Help Shape the Future of Healthcare in Grey Bruce

Whether you live in, work in, or visit Grey Bruce, your input matters. Brightshores is inviting all those who make up our region to share your input on the future of healthcare.

Through a region-wide engagement effort, Brightshores is gathering insights to understand what matters most to patients and families, staff, physicians and volunteers, and communities and partners. This marks the beginning of a thoughtful process to help shape decisions affecting how care is delivered, where resources are focused, and how Brightshores adapts to meet evolving needs in Grey Bruce.

Being a multi-site hospital system is one of our greatest strengths,” said Board Chair Deborah Pope. “This regional focus keeps us close to the people we serve as we work to build a more responsive and connected system of care across the region.”

Healthcare is under pressure, from rising demand and changing patient needs to workforce shortages and more. But these challenges also present opportunities to rethink how care is delivered and ensure our system is prepared for the future.

Healthcare is deeply personal,” said President & CEO Ann Ford. “Each of us brings our own story and passion for care. That’s why we’re asking: What matters most to you? What’s working well? What needs to change or improve? Help us identify the priorities that will have the greatest impact.”

Brightshores encourages you to invite your family, friends and colleagues to participate. The more input they gather, the better they can reflect the diverse needs of those who access care and those who provide it.

Drop by a community pop-up session near you, or complete a short online survey. It will take five minutes to participate, and your input will help shape care for years to come. Together, we can create a stronger, healthier future for Grey Bruce.
