Obituary
Passed away peacefully at her home on June 11, 2020, which also happened to be her 68th wedding anniversary. Born in Bentinck Township, on November 7, 1931, Edna Florence Bell (née Reay) of RR#1 Annan, was in her 89th year.
Loving mother of Tony Bell (Lois) of Annan, Dean Raeburn-Bell (Peggy) of Meaford, Andrew Bell (Jeffrey Berg) of Toronto, Holly Bell-Sparling (Stephen) of Oakville, and the late Heather Clark-Davidson (John Davidson). Cherished Grammy of James Bell (Natasha), Bonnie Ball (Ray), Peter Bell (Torrie), Jessica Bell (Luke Edgar-Robertson), Justin Clark (Ana), Jenilee Nabert (Eric), Melissa Clark, Sydney Raeburn-Power (Gryphon), Rowan Raeburn-Bell (Kelsey MacLean), Ethan, Felicity and Sheldon Sparling, and Great-Grammy of ten. Dear sister of Irvin Reay (Joyce), June Howatt (Lloyd) and Eleanor McLean. Also missed by her nephew Blaine Bell (Karen), as well as many other nieces, nephews and friends.
Predeceased by her husband Norman Bell, parents Florence and Cecil Reay, siblings Norma Davis (Harold), Orville Reay, brother-in-law Donnley McLean, and by her life-long friends Carl and Sadie Bell, Muriel and Frank Lipsett and Liz and Bill Orr.
Edna was a dedicated school bus driver for over 40 years.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, a private funeral service will be held at the Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, Owen Sound (519-376-7492), on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, followed by interment at Annan Cemetery.
