Do you know an outstanding individual who helped shape our community through volunteerism? Nominate them for the Municipality of Meaford’s Community Builder award to show your appreciation.
Nominations are now being accepted for the 2020 Community Builder award. This award is presented each year to outstanding individuals who have helped shape and promote the municipality through their devotion to volunteering on behalf of Meaford and its residents.
The first recipients were Marilyn and Richard Morris in 2019, in recognition of their volunteer contributions of over 20 years through the Scarecrow Invasion and Family Festival.

Nominations are due by Sunday March 15. Meaford Council will then review the nominations and select a recipient.
The award will be presented at the annual volunteer appreciation dinner, scheduled for Wednesday, April 22 at the Meaford and St. Vincent Community Centre from 4 to 7 p.m.
