Downtown Meaford was a busy place on Thursday, August 29, as the filming of an independent film called Island of Shadows was taking place.
Traffic was not impeded, though some pedestrians encountered minor delays while the cameras were rolling.
Various locations in the municipality are being used for filming, as well as other locations in Grey County including Owen Sound and Wiarton, until the middle of September.
