Prescription Medication Stolen From Purse

opp logo270On July 8, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a call from a citizen reporting a theft of prescription medication.

Between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m., the victim attended a function at Meaford Hall located on Nelson Street West in the Municipality of Meaford. Once back at home, she discovered that a pill bottle containing an undisclosed amount of prescription medication (Percocet) was missing from her purse.

The victim advised that she had left her purse unattended for a brief period while attending the function.
