On September 1, at approximately 7:55 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a theft report involving a boat motor.
Sometime between 9:00 p.m. on August 31 and 06:00 a.m. on September 1, unknown person(s) had broken the locking mechanism securing the motor to an inflatable Zodiac which was docked on a private lot on Grey Rd. 15 in the Municipality of Meaford.
The stolen motor was described as a black, 2014 Tohatsu 9.8 hp, S/N #A3SP009169AC, Model #MFS98 (similar to photo).
