Theft of Jewelry From Meaford Home

On Tuesday, July 2, at approximately 12:58, Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a theft of jewelry report from a residence located on Lakeshore Rd., S., in the Municipality of Meaford.

The victim called police after she had noticed some jewelry missing from the master bedroom. There was no sign of forced entry to the residence.  The theft occurred sometime between June 22 and July 2, 2014   The total value of the missing jewelry, listed below, was estimated at just over $10,100.

  • Ladies, 18k white gold, diamond engagement and wedding ring

  • Ladies and men’s Movaoo matching white gold watches

  • Ladies white gold diamond necklace

  • Ladies Silpada cubic zirconia ring

The investigation continues.
