Séan McCann of Great Big Sea to Perform at Historic Leith Church

Mudtown Records will present Séan McCann of Great Big Sea fame, on Friday, May 24th, at the historic Leith Church. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Show time is 7pm. Tickets are $40 plus HST, or $50 at the door. Seats are available online from www.SeanMcCannSings.com, or in person from The Ginger Press Bookstore in downtown Owen Sound.

Séan McCann is co-founder of the multi-platinum selling band Great Big Sea. He is a recipient of the Order of Canada. Séan has eight solo albums to his credit. In 2013 he announced his departure from Great Big Sea, and started on a solo career with the album Help Your Self, inspired by the changes to his life. He also began to speak more openly about his addiction and recovery. In 2020 he and his wife Andrea Aragon penned the Globe and Mail best selling book One Good Reason: A Memoir of Addiction and Recovery, Music and Love.  His latest record is Séan McCann’s Great Big Songbook Live in Ottawa.
