Osman, Reta Margaret (nee North) of Elgin Manor passed away at her residence on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, at the age of 101.
Beloved wife of the late Ronald Osman. Loved mother of Robert Osman (Dawn), Carol Pattison (Terry), and late Patricia Page (late Tony). Lovingly remembered by four grandchildren, a number of great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Predeceased by her grandson Patrick and brothers Wilfred and Allan.
Reta was born in Camden, Ontario, on January 11, 1924, daughter of the late Elmer North and Matilda (Moore) North. Reta worked as a pharmacy assistant before her retirement.
A celebration of Reta’s life will be held at Williams Funeral Home, 45 Elgin St., St. Thomas, on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 1 p.m. Visitation will be held prior from 12-1 p.m. Cremation has taken place with interment of ashes in Lakeview Cemetery, Meaford, with her husband. Memorial donations may be made to the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
