It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Virginia Ann Doran on August 5, 2021, at the Meaford Hospital surrounded by her family at the age of 90.
Ginny will be remembered as a sunny, positive, and caring person. She loved swimming in Georgian Bay and was a very accomplished Bridge player. She enjoyed winters in Florida with her husband Ron, and her favourite place was at the family cottage on Sunnyside Beach.
Ginny is survived by her husband Ronald Doran, her three sons: Steven Doran (Martha), Richard Doran (Sharon), and Jeffrey Doran (Lorraine). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Veronica (Scott Heath), Victoria (Ben Lincoln), Katie, Sean, and her great-granddaughter Gwendolen Doran Heath.
