Lynn passed away peacefully with family by her side at the Owen Sound Hospital on Monday, March 3, 2025, at the age of 69.
Born in Meaford, Ontario, February 10, 1956, Lynn was a daughter of the late Lorne and Faye Johnson (nee Moore), and is survived by her siblings Nancy, Brian, and Lennard.
Loved dearly by her husband of 49 years, Reg Brown. She was the caring and devoted mother to Diane (Andrew) Cillis, and Stephanie (Dan) Molzan, and was the very proud Nana of Aidan Cillis and Elliot Molzan.
Lynn will also be missed by many friends and neighbours in her beloved town of Meaford, a place where she and Reg have called home for many happy decades. She was a devoted employee of Scotiabank (Victoria and Grey) for 41 years and made many lifelong friends within the community through her many years of service.
A special thank you to the ICU staff at the Owen Sound Hospital for the care and compassion shown to Lynn and her family during such a difficult time.
A celebration of Lynn’s life will be held at a later date. Interment to take place at Thornbury-Clarksburg Union Cemetery.
