New Ownership at Meaford Interiors

Meaford Interiors has announced new ownership effective December 1, 2021. Longtime owners and Meaford community members Harvey and Theresa Parkes have passed on the torch to brothers Ben and Scott McIntosh, along with their families.

We want to thank Harvey and Terri for their many years of dedication to the growth of the business and strong relationships in Meaford that we are excited to continue,” said the new owners.

Entrepreneurs from a young age, growing up in Wellington County, these brothers are no strangers to business. Scott and Ben have years of experience in renovating homes and have even recently renovated an old camper trailer into a mobile bar business called “The Brew Barrel” that can be rented for special events in the area. Their wives work as nurses in local hospitals and they all look forward to getting involved in the community as new business owners.

The brothers bring a wealth of industry knowledge and a vision to bring life to renovation dreams at affordable prices. “We help with any and all renovation needs, from sourcing material to connecting with installers. We have expanded from carrying large flooring supplier names into kitchen and bathroom design, supply, and installation.”

Our new business manager, Craig De Boer, has recently moved to the area with his wife and one-year-old son. Partnering in store with our long-time Meaford resident Jennifer Thornton, they look forward to serving this community’s needs,” said the new owners. “We are located at 278 Cook Street in the SCP Plaza beside Pet Connections. To celebrate the new ownership, we are offering a new sale each month starting in April, which is 20% off any Stonewood bathroom cabinetry and quartz tops. We look forward to seeing new and existing customers!”
