On June 23, at approximately 6 p.m., Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a break and enter on Parker Street in the Municipality of Meaford.
A suspect was identified, and unsuccessful attempts were made to locate and arrest the individual.
On June 25, Grey Bruce OPP arrested and charged 30-year-old Anthony Pressick, from Meaford, with the following offences:
- Break and enter a dwelling house with intent to commit indictable offence,
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5000, and
- Possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking.
The accused was released and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on July 22.
