An Accommodation Review Delegations Special Board Meeting for the Meaford Area Group of Schools will take place on Tuesday, January 26, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Bluewater District School Board Education Centre in Chesley.

The meeting will give members of the public an opportunity to present their feedback to the Board of Trustees regarding the recommended option in the Preliminary Final Staff Report. Each delegation will be granted up to ten minutes for their presentation, inclusive of questions for clarification. Input received at the meeting will be considered in the development of the Final Staff Report.

Requests to present as a delegation must be submitted to the Director’s Office with a copy of the presentation no later than 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 19.
