The Georgian Triangle Humane Society (GTHS) has announced the inaugural ‘Curl for Pets’ event taking place on March 23, at Collingwood Curling Club, and invites the community to join in the fun.
“We are so excited to bring our fundraising efforts to the curling rink,” said Lisa Stucke, annual fund manager at the GTHS. “Our goal is to encourage curling enthusiasts of all skill levels and abilities to join us for an incredible day at the Collingwood Curling Club on March 23 to support day-to-day operations at the GTHS. It is a wonderful opportunity to get together with friends and family and spend a day supporting the pets in our care.”

The GTHS is a non-profit charity that operates an Animal Centre serving the south Georgian Bay region by providing shelter for homeless animals and adopting them to caring families. They offer innovative programs that enhance and support the human-animal bond. These programs include Lifelong Learning, Access to Care, and Animal Transport for pets in underserved communities.
