The third annual ER An Evening of Revelry raised more than $345,000 for the revitalization of the Brightshores Meaford Hospital Emergency Department, exceeding the event’s $300,000 goal for the third consecutive year.
Held September 11 at The Georgian Peaks Club under the theme The White Party on the Mountain, the evening brought over 280 guests together dressed head to toe in white in support of a department that recorded close to 14,000 visits in the 2025/26 fiscal year. Funds raised will support the revitalization of the Emergency Department.
Among this year’s donors was Sam Bennett of the Jalynn H. Bennett Foundation, who made a gift in honour of his mother at his first Evening of Revelry.
“This was my first time at the gala, and I came to honour my mother. I left understanding how much this hospital means to the people here. An emergency department this close to home is something a community can’t take for granted,” said Bennett.
Brightshores Meaford Hospital Foundation thanks Title Sponsor INDY Capital Partners and Presenting Sponsors La Fenice Centre and Lora Bay Golf Club – Great Gulf, and all sponsors and supporters whose contributions helped make the event a success, as well as every guest, donor, auction buyer, volunteer and member of the ER Committee who made the evening possible.
