The 169th Meaford & St. Vincent Fall Fair was held on Saturday, September 5, at the Meaford Fairgrounds and Curling Club. As it does each year, the Fair featured a number of agricultural competitions that included cattle, horses, sheep, and poultry. There were also produce and quilt competition exhibits for visitors to explore. Service on Grey Transit Route (GTR) 5 between Owen Sound and Wiarton returned on September 1. The reinstated bus route will operate Monday to Friday and feature three daily round trips, including new early morning and evening travel options to better support riders’ needs.
