The Summer Company program returns for 2026 to offer financial and coaching support to students looking to operate their own business. The program provides students aged 15–29 with an opportunity to start and manage their own business with a grant of up to $3,000, along with business training and mentorship from local business leaders.
Applications will be accepted until May 15. Students can apply online through the Business Enterprise Centre webpage at www.grey.ca/bec under the Summer Company tab.

The Meaford Curling Club hosted the Pizza Hut Mixed Invitational Bonspiel on February 28, with eight teams competing for curling glory.
Three-Peat was the word of the day as the team skipped by Ted Steinke won for the third consecutive year.
“A huge thank you to Meaford Pizza Hut, who kept the curlers nourished throughout a grueling day of curling,” said organizers.
