The Meaford Well-being Partnership’s annual survey is now open. The Well-being Partnership and the Municipality of Meaford are looking to hear from residents about their unique experiences and feelings relating to health, safety, and well-being in our community. All responses will be kept private and confidential.
To provide your feedback, fill out the online survey at www.tinyurl.com/meafordWB. To receive a hard copy of the survey, please contact 519-538-1060 extension 1110 or wellbeing@meaford.ca to have one mailed directly to you. The survey is available from October 6 to November 8.
The annual well-being survey is part of the Meaford Well-being Plan. It helps the Well-being Partnership track its progress toward the goals of the Well-being Plan and generates local data that supports future planning.
