The Meaford Scarecrow Invasion and Family Festival continues to rank among the top 100 festivals and events in Ontario.
Event chair Donna Earl has received word from the Festival Events Ontario (FEO) that the Scarecrow Invasion and Family Festival has been named to its Top 100 list for 2019.
“These Top 100 recipients represent festivals and events that excel within the industry,” saidJay Nijhuis, FEO Marketing and Communications Manager.
“It is truly an honour to be recognized with this distinguished award for six consecutive years and to have the Scarecrow Invasion and Family Festival listed among such prestigious events such as Doors Open Ontario, Stratford Festival, Canadian National Exhibition, Toronto International Film Festival and Winterlude,” said Earl..
Recipients were announced Thursday, February 28, during the FEO’s annual conference in London, Ontario.
