The first meeting organized by the Chamber will be held on September 26 at 6:30 p.m. at the Meaford United Church, for candidates seeking a seat as a councillor for the Municipality of Meaford.
On Wednesday, October 3 at 6:30 p.m. at Woodford Hall, the Chamber will host a meeting for the mayor and deputy mayor candidates. Seating is limited, so organizers recommend arriving early.
Candidates will be given the opportunity to make an opening statement prior to a moderator-led question and answer period. Afterwards, candidates will be permitted to make a closing statement.
