As the municipality transitions to a new municipal website launching this summer, they have identified an issue in how their current system receives personal and banking information submitted for Pre-Authorized Payments (PAP) for water, wastewater, and tax bills.
Effective February 3, the Municipality will temporarily pause the digital submission of PAP forms (including submission through the current website or by email). For those currently enrolled in PAP, there is no required action, and your information is secure. During this transition period, residents may continue to enroll in PAP using one of the following methods:

“We are working with our financial systems provider to implement a secure online submission option, which will be part of our new website when it launches this summer,” said the municipality. “Thank you for your understanding as we make necessary improvements to protect your personal information.”
