The Grey Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have received a report of a theft from a vessel in the Meaford Marina.
On July 15, 2024, at 9:45 p.m., the Grey Bruce OPP responded to a theft from a vessel that was docked at the Meaford Marina. It was reported that a life ring and a rope was stolen sometime between July 2, 2024, and July 15, 2024. The approximate cost of stolen items is $160.00.
It was reported that there have been other incidents of individuals bring at the marina throughout the night hours. Officers will be patrolling the area throughout the day and night and are asking residents in the area to report suspicious activity to police.
