The Meaford Rotary Club is holding a silent auction to raise funds for our Meaford and area youth projects in literacy, leadership, bursaries, music and sports.
Want an adventure? Kayak down the Beaver River, walk in the treetops , try a zip-line or enjoy a day of alpine skiing. Do you want to learn to play Pickleball? – lessons are up for auction.
Also up for bidding is the opportunity to enjoy a one year full membership at the Meaford Golf and Country Club. You can also place bids to enjoy salon and spa days, have a manicure, pedicure or bid on a family fitness club membership.
If a dinner and a theatre experience is more to your liking, many dining choices are available for bids from fast food to fine dining. There are also passes for MIFF, Meaford Hall and The Roxy.
Many of the items up for bid are on display in the RBA Financial and Chamber of Commerce windows. Beginning Thursday April 23, you can visit Meaford Hall to view more items, and to place bids.
Date and times for the silent auction:
Thurs April 23th, Friday April 24th noon to 7 pm
Friday afternoon a Tea Reception from 2 pm to 4pm
Saturday April 25th 10 am to 2 pm.
Bidding closes at 2 pm
