Do you have a group of friends looking for a fun night out to eat, drink, and dance? Read on.
Do you have a small business and are looking for a new way to celebrate the season with your employees? This might just fit the bill.
Looking for a way for the adults in your family to enjoy time together without all the stress of preparing a meal? The library fundraising committee just made this easy.
On December 15 at the Meaford and St. Vincent Community Centre, the New Meaford Public Library Fundraising Committee is holding their first annual ‘Christmas with Friends Dinner Gala’. At 6 p.m., the evening begins with a social hour of cocktails and appetizers, followed by a holiday dinner provided by one of Meaford’s favourite caterers, The Kitchen, complete with wine. After dinner, your inner dancing queen (and king) can break out with an on-demand DJ, who takes requests and lets you twirl your tootsies to complete the evening.
The cost is $80 per person, with a $40 tax receipt.
This will be the Christmas event of the season, and allows you to support the building of the new, accessible library. Go to www.friendsofmeafordlibrary.ca to get your tickets and tax receipt.
This will be a night of celebration. We hope to see you there!
