Dear Editor,
Some weeks ago you mentioned in your editorial that libraries are expensive propositions, and rarely generate any income.
I just wish the people of Meaford would take a good hard look at the economics of supporting a “full service” library in a town of 10,000 residents. Let’s join the North Union Libraries to share the costs as well as the services. The economics of scale has never been more evident as it is with libraries.
