Dear Editor
I am very disappointed in the kind of leadership displayed by our MP Larry Miller and our MPP Bill Walker as demonstrated by their recent joint statement. They are playing party politics – currying support by bashing the party in power in Ontario.
In the process of grandstanding, they use their own power to contribute to the problem not the solution,to polarization and animosity between groups, not healthy relationships in their riding. Elected representatives have the opportunity to use their position to persevere in nurturing collegial collaborative working relationships. I expect better from these two while they continue in office.
