On Sunday, October 19, at approximately 2:54 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a single motor vehicle collision on Hwy. 26 near Starlight Lane in the Municipality of Meaford.

A 23 year old Meaford man was charged with the following offences under the Highway Traffic Act:  Fail to Remain, Operate Unsafe Vehicle, Careless Driving and Fail to Notify Change of Address.

The accused is scheduled to appear in Court in Owen Sound on November 17, 2014.
