The Georgian Bay Secondary School boys soccer team won the CWOSSA championship on May 26.
They first played Woodland Christian School, the defending champions, coming from behind on two occasions to win 3-2 in overtime. Goal scorers were Thomas Wolf with two, and Nick Wolf.
They went on to play Kincardine in the finals. Again they came from behind to win 2-1. Scorers were Nick Wolf and Owen Bowie. The boys team will be travelling to Windsor to participate in the OFSAA championships from June 2-4.
