Beginning on November 19, the Meaford Public Library will launch its new library catalogue. This new and improved catalogue will help the library serve customers better and enable the library to partner with other libraries in our region in the future.
“Library staff will be pleased to show you some of the new options and enhancements to your library service,” said the Library in announcing the new catalogue.
The new catalogue will allow quick access to the library’s e-books and e-magazines. It will make it easier to place holds as well as offering the option to suspend a hold to a later date.
Can’t find the book that you are looking for? You can request a book using the new catalogue.
Want to leave a comment about a book? Each item record has a comments tab for readers to give their own reviews.
In addition, customers can choose which email messages they would like to receive from the library.
“If you would like to have a copy of your reading history to date, please let library staff know by November 13 and we will print it out for you,” said the Library.
If you have any questions about the new library catalogue, drop by the library or give them a call at (519) 538-1060 ext. 1123.
