Following the success of last year’s Christmas Farmers’ Market, organizers are preparing for another great event which will be held this year at Meaford Hall.
The 3rd Annual Christmas Farmers’ Market will showcase over 20 unique vendors, hosted in The Galleries at Meaford Hall on Saturday, November 16th, and again on Saturday, December 7th, from 1 to 5pm.
Rick Elzby, president of the Meaford Farmers’ Market says that two special events have been added this year.
“For kids of all ages the market will be presenting our very own magician, Caesar the Perennial. This free magic show begins at 3 pm, and for your listening enjoyment, ‘The Browns’ will be entertaining everyone with holiday musical selections. Local artisans have been busy helping Santa create ‘that special something’ for everyone on your shopping list.”
This year’s Christmas Market includes a wide selection of fine crafts, including beautifully handcrafted jewellery, children’s toys, jams, yummy baked treats, honey, beeswax candles, hand-knit items, maple syrup, local apple products, one-of-a-kind art, hand-painted treasures, local authors, teas and so much more.
