The Sykes Street Health Centre welcomes two new health care practitioners to their offices: Lucy Marlin, HBSc, MA, CCC, certified counselor and psychotherapist, and Keri Saley, BSc. MSc, RMT, registered massage therapist.
Lucy is an experienced clinical therapist offering private practice counselling which can help adolescents, adults, parents and families cope with and overcome life challenges, relationship challenges and mental health concerns. Lucy is committed to the delivery progressive mental health services available to the community and individual, couple, family and group sessions are provided in a professional, comfortable and confidential manner.
Keri offers relaxation and sports massage therapy. She can integrate Thai Massage and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) into a treatment. IASTM is particularly helpful with chronic pain due to past injuries, post-surgical scars, plantar fasciitis, repetitive stress injuries and rotator cuff tears. Many people also know Keri as a yoga instructor.
Keri and Lucy join Dr. Jodie Doran, chiropractor and registered massage therapist, Dr. James V. Thompson, chiropractor, and Dr. Alexandra Ryan, naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist to widen the range of health care services offered at the Sykes Street Health Centre, 36 Sykes St. Meaford. Hours vary by practitioner.
