Town of the Blue Mountains Seeking Bids for Food Trucks at Key Recreation Areas

The Town of The Blue Mountains is seeking bids from interested parties to provide and operate food truck services in various locations, as listed below.

Tomahawk Recreation Complex – 417230 10th Line, Thornbury
• Northwinds Beach – 209605 Highway 26, Blue Mountains
• Little River Beach – 4 Harbour Street, Thornbury

Serving as Canada’s second fastest-growing community and being a premier four-season
tourism destination in Ontario, this is an exciting new opportunity to provide food services at key recreational areas within The Blue Mountains,” said the municipality.

Owners are invited to submit bids to operate a mobile refreshment vehicle at one or more of the three locations. Each location has a minimum bid or rental rate for each season of
operation, as listed below:

Tomahawk Recreation Complex – Minimum bid of $5000.00 per season
• Northwinds Beach – Minimum bid of $5000.00 per season
• Little River Beach – Minimum bid of $5000.00 per season (equivalent annual BIA fees
apply. 2021 fees = $831.30 with 2022 fees to be established)
