You are invited to join your friends and neighbours on a family-friendly fundraising walk in support of the most vulnerable in our communities. Sponsored by the United Way Bruce Grey and the Meaford Rotary Club, CNOY builds awareness of how vulnerable we all are.
Your participation creates possibilities for those living in poverty and on the edge of society. In 2024, CNOY netted $14,000 for those in need. United Way Bruce Grey dollars went to help more than 500 individuals and families. Services included assisting 26 families to pay for utilities, backpack programs for 108 students, 18 financial literacy programs, 24 in town SOS calls.
Meaford Rotary Club dollars were used to sustain residency for the Meaford Foodbank, the Rotary Thrift Shop, and to host community outreach services at the Meaford Rotary House.
This year’s CNOY will take place from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 22, and will start at the Meaford Rotary House, 34 Trowbridge St. W. Walkers are required to register.
