Dear Editor,
If only to knock it off the top of your web page, I want to respond to Ann Gillies’ screed about Christmas on the Bay.
I get it. She hates gays, lesbians, and trans people. And lots of other people too. She wants to dress up the hate with bafflegab about “gender ideology”.
It won’t fly. She’s a professional bigot. Ask the Conservative Party. In 2019 they disallowed her candidacy for the Tory nomination in Bruce-Grey-Owen Sound because of the certainty that she would embarrass the party.
Just because it’s decked out in a PhD from Jerry Falwell’s “Liberty University” doesn’t make the hate any less loathsome.
