Editor,
A while back, TCE stated the outflow from the proposed pump storage facility would be no more than other natural drains, such as rivers (one has to presume). More recently, TCE also stated that the outflow speed would be no more than one kilometer per hour. How can those pronouncements support the proposed electrical output?
I would like to see more facts and fewer platitudes.
