Dear Editor,
Please tell people that there are so many real fears out there, that we do not need to create more. Clair Balfour is afraid that the TCE tank will collapse and send water down on the houses. Remember that it is built on the principle of ‘open sluice gate and empty tank’. If there was a breach possibility, someone would pull the lever and out would go the water to the bay.
So many of the fears have been addressed or proven false, it would pay to get a real one. Nothing is fool proof, but we had an earthquake in the bay years ago. Does that mean the mountain may collapse if there is another? Just another point of view.
