OSNGUPL Local Author Book Fair Call for Applicants

The Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library (OSNGUPL) has announced its first local author book fair happening Friday, October 18, and Saturday, October 19, from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the library.

Local authors and authors with a Grey or Bruce County connection are encouraged to apply for a booth at the Library’s two-day book fair.

We are accepting authors of biographies, memoirs, fiction, poetry, graphic novels, children’s books, recipe books and more,” said organizers.

Authors are welcome to sell their books during the fair and there is no cost for a booth. The book fair is a great opportunity for authors to connect with one another and engage with the community. The Library is committed to highlighting local authors and has over 500 books in our ‘Local Author and Grey Bruce Connection’ collection.

To apply, please fill out an application form and submit it by Friday, August 9. Forms are available on the library’s website www.library.osngupl.ca and at the Information Desk. For more information contact 519-376-6623 ext.3 or info@library.osngupl.ca.
