Join the Grey County Historical Society on Friday, October 18 at noon, at the Neustadt Springs Brewery. Members and the public are invited to gather for lunch (pay your own) and camaraderie before a tour of this historic brewery.
As noted on their website, “Neustadt Springs is the product of over 160 years of tenacity, sustainability, and hand-crafted excellence”. This brewery started in 1857 as Crystal Springs, due to its location on top of a pristine water source. Since 1997 it has been called Neustadt Springs. Today brewmaster Marvin Dyck uses his skills from his Masters of Science and a Bachelors in Food Science and his minor in History to blend the past legacy with modern innovation in craft beer processing.
Spend a Friday afternoon discovering the history of this building and the brewing process.
RSVP your seat to info@greycountyhs.ca or call 519 376 9423 and leave message before Thursday, October 17.
Location: 456 Jacob Street, Neustadt
