Bruce R. Ross has just published Breaking Free of Depression’s Grip – A Powerful Success Story. The 425-page book chronicles Bruce’s 45-year journey and struggle with depression and anxiety, from his high school years until his recent retirement.
The book is a candid and revealing story of the trials and tribulations of living with the disease, and the many professional and self-help measures he attempted to combat it. But most of all, it is a message of hope, that a person can lead a productive family life, career, and personal life despite living with the heavy and constant weight of a mental illness.
Ross will present an Author Talk at the Meaford Library on Saturday, April 9, at 2 p.m., where he will discuss the book and what it is truly like to live with depression.
Breaking Free of Depression’s Grip – A Powerful Success Story is now available in paperback and ebook through Bruce’s website, www.brucerross.ca, and Amazon.ca.
