Dear Editor,
Some people strive all their lives and never get recognized for their efforts. March 15 Brian Docherty had his time to shine. He was presented with the King Charles III medal at the People Care Nursing Home in Meaford (Editor’s note: see page 11 of this week’s print newspaper). He is so very sick but it was obvious that he appreciated the well deserved “Thank You”.
Please make your readers understand that it is never too late to say “Thank you, you are loved and appreciated, well done”. Even people in coma hear what you say.
Say it now while they can still let you know they understand.
