Georgian Bay Community School is making a difference by hosting the school’s first-ever Relay For Life event in support of the Canadian Cancer Society. Students organizing the event would like to invite all members of the community to register, participate in this event, and help them reach their fundraising goal of $15,000.
On June 5, students will be relaying on the school grounds from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. While the event lasts 12 hours, registered participants are welcome to join in for any part of the day.
The day will be filled with energy with live music, food, fun games, and more.
This event is not only about raising funds—it’s also about bringing people together. Relay For Life is a celebration of strength, hope, and unity. It provides an opportunity for students, staff, families, local businesses, and community members to stand side by side in the fight against cancer.
