On Monday, October 23, I submitted a concern (not fire related) via the Meaford website. After five days, with nothing but an automated reply, no apparent action had been taken. I happened to be walking past the Fire Hall on Saturday and met with one of our first responders.
He was busy conducting annual hose pressure checks but took a moment to speak with me about my concern. He assured me that it would be addressed. Literally minutes later he found me walking nearby and confirmed that my issue had already been fully satisfied.
